    At Maison Mornings, we do our best to provide great service, honest food, and a smooth experience — both online and in person.

    In-Store Café Purchases

    We don’t offer refunds for food or beverage purchases unless a product is incorrect or not up to our usual quality standards. If you experience an issue, please let a team member know and we’ll do our best to make it right on the spot.

    Venue Bookings & Events

    For private bookings, event deposits, or pre-paid functions:

    • Deposits are non-refundable unless cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled event.

    • If a booking is cancelled within 7 days, we may offer a credit toward a future date at our discretion.

    • No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours) are not eligible for refunds or credits.

    Gift Cards & Merchandise

    All gift card sales are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. If an item purchased from our café is damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 7 days for an exchange.
